You should warn people (so should Motorola) that resetting the Droid Pro destroys its ability to use 3G. If you are living in the USA, usually you can dial *228 to reactivate. If you are like me, no longer a Verizon customer because I am living in a foreign country, you are pretty much out of luck. The phone was unlocked by Verizon so I am able to use a local sim and, before the reset, I could access 3G.
I’ve heard there is way to get back 3G access without dialing *228 (some codes to be typed in I believe). So far (searching four months), I have not been able to find the info.
