I am a user of Idea cellular prepaid connection, ported from Bsnl.
My no is 9447730466 I have a a monthly prepaid charging of 1200 to 1500rs
So I gave an application to your kollam office for postpaid plan rent 500 per month. And I gave all documents and photo as they asked. Last Friday8th June 11 AM my no deactivated and till now 11th evening this no is dead. Not transferred from prepaid or not activated new SIM. There is no response from your idea office Kollam or from your head office. It seems to be very bad response from you. If I know this I never go for a step like this. This no is using as an official mobile no of my hospital also. So I have to recive lot of calls from patients and for bookings from abroad. So please do the needful with immediate effect
