2. Enter the establishment code. eg if your PF account is KN/2345/19876 then 2345 will be your establishment code
3. Enter the employee number in the above example 19876 will be your employee number.

Ask to financial person or HR in your organization about your account number. IF AMOUNT IS DEDUCTING FROM YOUR SALARY then u have right to demand for account number..
