An important and urgent courier has been sent by our supplier M/s. Jain Narrow Fabrics, Delhi vide DTDC AWB no # Z81441785 dated 9th Jan 2013 to us. Their office at Aluva / Cochin neither given delivery nor informed us regarding arrival of this courier, instead they have returned it to the sender at Delhi.
We have been regularly interacting with their Ernakulam, Aluva & Desom office giving the AWB number from 12th Jan 2013 upon receipt of email from the sender, but unfortunately they have not given any response till date. Today when we have called them again, they told us that the courier has been returned to the sender.
Please be careful while sending through DTDC

DTDC delivering value, there is nothing as such value, my parcel item is still in guwahati from 28th january 2013 till date, when question about it got unsatisfactory answer and its a waste of time to expect from them. i have approach them 6 times but in vain. so i have to cancel my order from the sender.
hope someday good people will do something about it.
It is very unfortunate ,i sent one courier through DTDC on 6/2/2013 from Tumkur(Karnataka) to
Harapanahalli(Davanager Dist) till today 9/2/2013 it is not reached,
it is very bad experience, hardly the distance between Tumkur &Harapanahalli is 300 to 350 kms.
i hope there lack of communication or negligiency in collection centers.

Bitter Experience with DTDC courrier service. I have send one important document from Hyderabad to my head office in Chennai. on 10th Janaury 2013 but, still(9th Feb 2013) the document is not reached to concern, I asked the Hyderabad DTDC office, they are not responding.
docket no P22138755 of impotant catalogue cost rs 25 sent on 7/2/13 from vimannagar corner branch of pune.Courier charges was paid rs 25. it was a local courier.It has been misplaced.I was told that the parcel has been delivered.but the concern person didn’t get it. The most disapointing thing is the persons who are handling this are. either you deliver my product to the concern person … OR ….
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK…. RS 25 + 25.

Please I request to the management of dtdc to educate your delivery boys how to talk with the customers.They come to deliver the parcel at there own sweet time ,that is not done.They should come to deliver the parcel when the customer is available or suitable to their time.I have been using dtdc for over 4 years but if these continue then I have to go for other company …hope some one respond.
I too have a complaint on the services promised by DTDC. The consignment couriered (B89294773) came back with a note CNF ( may be CAN NOT FIND in their terminology) even though Pin Code and contact cell phone numbers were also on the consignment. I am taking it seriously since the address is also the residence of a retired Govt. Chief Medical Officer. I have sent an e-mail to their office and am waiting for their reply. If a satisfactory reply and refund is not received I will publish in Public Media. I have kept the parcel returned intact as proof. I want to know if their service is Courier Service or Cloak Room service.
