I think you should update the data.
If you are looking for a DTH, look for anything but than dish tv, I applied for a connection, It said it will take 24hrs… nothing happened. Then I raise an issue, so they say it will take maximum of 5 day. I was frustrated still I waited, but then after 5 days they started saying it will take minimum of 5 days. They don’t have any infrastructure it seems to provide service, I was holding for 26 mins to talk to a dish tv call center guy (paid number not toll free), and they don’t do refunds. The worst service experience I have ever had.
Dear All,
Please be stay away from Airtel. At any cost this is a worst service provider. Customer Care is worst, and service is also worst. The channels which were frr till yesterday like ESPN, Star Sports and Star Cricket are blocked all of sudden before starting India-England Series and asking money for that. Customer care numbers are hanged up.
Even I am ready to pay the cost of the above said cannel the channels are not coming.
Worst service I ever had by these guys, and they are troubling us since start of the Purchasing the Connection.
