Alcatel OT 4010E is the cheapest JellyBean smartphone announced for Indian market. Currently the droid is up for sale in Flipkart at an amazingly low price tag of Rs 4999. Hardware is decent but out of the box Android 4.1 JellyBean is the best part of this handset. Powered by 1 GHz single core processor Alcatel OT 4010E is supplied 256 MB RAM. This does not sound too impressive but in less than 5k price tag all smartphones available in Indian market run outdated Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
